I started in New York publishing in the early 2000s, where the baseline grid became a religion and deadlines were non-negotiable. I moved into fashion and retail at Victoria’s Secret, where I spent years redesigning the digital shopping experience for one of the most recognized brands in the world. Then Full Beauty Brands, where conversion-focused design drove 300% category growth. Then Positive Promotions, where I led a 20-person creative team across healthcare, education, and corporate markets.
In 2020 I started JADY Design to work directly with small business owners. Not because the work is easier. Because the impact is immediate. You make the decisions. When something works, you see it. That’s the part I find interesting.
I’m based in New York. I work with businesses across the country, with a focus on restaurants, hospitality, and service-based businesses.
